Clearpoint Pool Services offers delivery across Perth and selected regional locations, with options depending on your address and the products ordered.

Enjoy FREE Perth metro delivery on orders of $99 or more, including standard products, bulky pool equipment and pool chemicals. Pool covers and rollers have a $35 flat delivery charge across WA.

Regional & Remote Western Australia

For eligible standard products delivered outside Perth metro:

6000–6699	FREE delivery on orders of $99 or more; $19 for orders under $99.
6700–6999	$35 delivery.

Bulky equipment and pool chemicals require a delivery quote outside Perth metro, regardless of order value.

We will confirm delivery availability, freight charges and your total order price before payment.

Standard Delivery

Standard products are generally dispatched via post or courier. Where tracking is available, details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery to a local collection point or safe drop may be available, depending on the delivery service and your location.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AWST are generally dispatched the same business day, subject to stock availability and delivery arrangements.

For security and fraud prevention, we may request identification or arrange collection with you before releasing an order.

Large Items

Delivery of oversized items, including sand filters, is arranged according to the product and your location. We will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements and any access requirements.

Early morning delivery may be available by arrangement.

Pool Covers & Rollers

Specialty pool covers and rollers are manufactured locally and shipped directly from our supplier.

These products are available by enquiry only and are excluded from the free-delivery offer.

Interstate Delivery

Please contact us before ordering for delivery outside Western Australia.

Eligible standard products may be sent through Australia Post, with postage confirmed before payment. Delivery options for bulky equipment, chemicals, covers and rollers are assessed individually.

Free Pickup

Collect your order free of charge from Balga or Leederville by prior arrangement.

Once your order is ready, we will confirm the collection address and arrange a convenient pickup time. Please wait for confirmation before travelling.

Delivery times depend on stock availability, the products ordered and your location. Any delivery dates provided are estimates.

Receiving Your Delivery

Signature requirements, collection options and safe-drop availability depend on the delivery service used. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
