Delivery Policy

We utilize a range of delivery services to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. Our delivery options are tailored to the specific items you order, providing flexibility and convenience.

Standard Delivery

For most items, we use a reliable postal courier service. Once your order is packed, we will email you tracking details.

You may choose delivery to a local collection point if you are unavailable to receive your parcel, or opt for a safe drop option where applicable.

Orders placed before our afternoon dispatch cutoff are typically shipped the same day.

To enhance security and reduce online fraud, we may require new customers to collect their orders in person with valid identification.

Large Items

Certain oversized items, such as sand filters, are delivered via a dedicated courier service. These deliveries are often scheduled for early morning drop-offs to ensure convenience.

Specialty Pool Covers and Rollers

For specialty pool covers and rollers, items are manufactured locally and shipped directly from the supplier.

A flat delivery fee of $27.50 applies for all orders within Western Australia.

Production time is 2–3 days, followed by 1–3 days delivery for metro areas. Regional areas may take an additional 5–7 days.

Installation services are also available, typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks after order confirmation.

Regional and Remote Deliveries

Free delivery is available for most items within Western Australia up to postcode 6699.

For postcodes 6700 and above, a $19 delivery fee applies (excluding bulky items such as sand filters).

Delivery times and charges may vary for regional and remote areas and will be shown at checkout.

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AWST are dispatched the same business day, subject to stock availability.

Delivery Instructions

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, a collection card will be left and the parcel can be collected from your local post office.

You may request a safe drop option; however, Clearpoint Pool Services is not responsible for any loss or damage once delivery is completed without signature.
