Please carefully consider your purchase and reach out to us if you have any questions regarding the suitability of a product before making a decision. We are happy to assist you in selecting the right product for your needs.

We have handpicked our products based on their quality, and we are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. We only offer products from reputable brands, each of which provides comprehensive manufacturer warranties and excellent customer support.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty product, we will ensure a swift resolution by providing a replacement. Please contact us with details of the issue, along with a photo if possible, and we will address the problem promptly. We fully comply with WA Consumer Law, and more information can be found here:

Returns

Returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging, ready for resale.

To initiate a return, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns should be sent directly to Clearpoint Pool Services, not the manufacturer, and must include the receipt and RAN.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The item is not in its original condition
  • The item was damaged due to misuse
  • Parts are missing for reasons other than our error
  • The item is returned after the 30-day return window
  • The item is returned without a receipt and RAN

How to Return a Product

To return a product:

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via our contact form. RANs are issued by email only.
    Include: Name, Email, Phone Number, Product Description, Order/Invoice Number, Reason for return.
  2. Pack the item securely in original packaging with all accessories and receipt.
  3. Send to: Attn: Returns (Include RAN), Clearpoint Pool Services.
  4. Use a trackable shipping method.
  5. Once received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  6. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us. We will respond within 72 business hours.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to regular-priced items.

Special Orders

Special-order items sourced on customer request are non-returnable due to sourcing costs and supplier arrangements.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. Defective items may be submitted for warranty claims, which we will forward to the manufacturer.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We ship via Australia Post, and costs depend on size, weight, and location.
