Shipping and Delivery

    • Australia Post Eparcel: Most items are shipped via Australia Post Eparcel. You will receive tracking details via email, with options for delivery to your local post office or direct to your address (safe drop).
    • Sand Filters: Large items like sand filters are delivered via our own courier, often early in the morning.
    • Daisy Pool Covers and Rollers: These are manufactured in Welshpool and shipped directly from Daisy. Production takes 2-3 days, with additional time for delivery.
  • Delivery Regions:
    • North Western Australia (Postcodes Over 6700): A $19 freight charge applies for most items (excluding bulky items).
    • Free Delivery: Available for selected WA areas (postcodes up to 6699). Free delivery does not cover remote locations, special orders, or bulky items.
    • Regional Delivery: Additional fees and delivery times may apply, calculated at checkout.
  • Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed by 2:30 PM AWST will be dispatched the same business day if in stock.
  • Authority to Leave: Orders are shipped with a signature requirement. If you choose a safe drop, Clearwater Pool Equipment is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Returns and Refunds

  • Purchase Policy: Please carefully review your purchases and reach out if you have questions. We provide high-quality products backed by manufacturer warranties.

  • Return Policy:
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a 30% restocking fee.
    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

    • Returns are not accepted for items in non-original condition, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts. Special orders and sale items are excluded from returns.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Please use a trackable service to ensure the safe return of items.
